Indicative Cost of Sheep Farming Unit

As mentioned earlier, here I provide sample model unit cost for sheep farming unit for which subsidy is available from Govt. of India under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme: Integrated Development of Small Ruminants and Rabbits.

Note: The above costs are only indicative & may vary from place to place as per local situation.
Breed: As per State Livestock Breeding Policy Recommendation.

You can contact any branch of a Nationalised banks, DCCB, RRB for loan for Sheep project & discuss with them about your proposal & act accordingly.

Neel ji, This is Rajur m.sc agri, Chief Manager of IOB Hubli , thanks for ur response, I have promoted some farms and is encouraging this area of investment in goat / sheep /poultry farming.
One farm i visited near Mysore with good amount of investment aiming goat milk n its products. Hope they are lacking some areas of fodder n record keeping.I have refered u to them, any time they may contact u. U may pls respond them.
